=A registration fee of $20 per participant will be collected before 26th November 2009.
=Upon collection of entrance fee, 3 x $2 pool vouchers will be issued to each participant.

Format:
Round Robin Stage: Participants will be split into 8 groups of 3 and play Race to 5 against each other. The top 2 of each group will advance into the next round.
In event of a draw, Head-to-head between the 2 players in concern, following by Rack difference, Total Racks Won, and finally Total Racks conceded will be considered in order.
Single-Elimination Stage: The participants that advanced to the next round will then play single elimination Race to 7 with their respective opponents till the Finals.


Terms and Conditions
-Top 16 Men National Players will not be allowed to participate in the Competition
-Ladies not in Top 16 Women National players will be given 1 rack handicap throughout the tournament.
-No refund of entrance fees.
-Players who report late after 11:45am will be strictly penalized. They will lose a rack for every 5 minutes late.
-Participants will be split into groups of 3 on 27rd November at 10:30pm .
-All games will follow Alternate Break, whereby the first player to break is determined either by lag or a coin toss.
-The player who loses the game is expected to pay table punch.
-The rules for 9-Ball game will follow the official international rules of the game.
-Home of Pool reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
