Tournament Day
All players report at 10.15am.
Group Draw will be conducted at 10.30am.
Any players who report after 11am will be strictly penalized.
They will lose 1 Rack for every 5 minutes late.
(If they report at 11.18am, they will start their 1st match with the score of 0:4)
Round Robin Format
6 Groups of 4 players each
Each player will play 3 matches against other players in the same group.
All matches are
Race to 6 with Alternate Break.
2 points will be given to the winning player.
No point will be given to the losing player
Losing players pay for the table for that match.
Top 2 players of each group and 4 Best 3rd placing players will go through to the Pre Quarter-Final Knock-Out Stage Draw
The draw for the Pre Quarter-Final Knock-Out Stage
(1) 2 Groups with 2 Qualifying players
2 Group Winners will be paired with Runner-up of the other group.
(2) 4 Groups with 3 Qualifying players
4 Group Winners will be paired with 3rd placing of the other groups.
4 Group Runner-ups will be paired
Notes for Round Robin Format
(1) If there is a draw in the Points, Head-To-Head between the 2 players in concern will be the next factor decide the qualifying player.
(2) If the Head-To-Head between the 3 to 4 players in concern still the same, the Difference of Racks Won – Racks Conceded will be the next factor.
(3) If the Racks Difference is still drawn, the Most Racks Won will be the next factor.
(4) If the Most Racks Won is still drawn, the Least Racks Conceded will be the next factor.
(5) If the Least Racks Conceded is still drawn, a luck draw will be conducted.
Knock-Out Stages
All Knock-Out Stage matches are
Race to 6 with Alternate Break.
Losing players pay for the table for that match.
Prize Money
$312 of the total registration fee will be the prize money
Champion = $152.00 + trophy
1st Runner-up = $80.00 + trophy
2nd Runner-up = $50.00 + trophy
3rd Runner-up = $30.00
*** In the event that the number of registered players is less than 24, the prize money will be reduced accordingly
